Our Contract:

If you place an order online to purchase a product from The Scottish Landscape.org we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we deliver the product to you. Any products on the same order which we have not delivered to you do not form part of that contract. You warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that you are at least 18 years old.

Product Descriptions:

We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website.

As well as providing a full condition report we also provide at least 4 images of the actual book (cover & inside pages) or collectable product so that you, the customer, can make an informed purchasing decision. If you are interested in a rare edition, a fine binding or any of our collectables, then we strongly recommend that you book an online video presentation of the book.

Product Availability:

Most of the products on the Scottish Landscape Shops are unique products.The supply of goods from this website is subject to availability and it is not always possible for us to inform you at the time you place your order whether the goods you want are still available for purchase. In the case of this happening we will contact you and make an immediate refund to you.
