The map features 'The Lands', 'The Arms', 'The Crests'. The central map delineates the clan territories and is framed by an array of 170 heraldic shields along with their crests and mottoes.
The whole piece was designed by the Sir Iain Moncrieffe & Don Pottinger, the original of which is a painting and was published as the Bartholomew Clan Map of Scotland in the 1960s.
This copy appears to have been appropriated by the pharmaceutical company Pfizer as a marketing tool for the manufacturing site in Kent for the product Terramycin.
The map is in perfect condition for framing.
Condition Notes
The cover of the map has some staining and writing on the front and some general wear and tear but what is important is the map inside and that is in very good and clean condition and perfect for framing if desired.
