A Victorian Scottish agate and hardstone set silver brooch

There is no hallmarking which was not an unusual for jewellery the Victorian period.

Generally in good condition for its age - there are some replaced hardstone pieces. 

This is a second hand antique jewellery piece and will have some imperfections. Antique jewellery was primarily hand crafted(modern jewellery is more often than not cast made). They are therefore unique pieces.
