An important historical volume outlining the history of the Chapel Royal in the grounds of Stirling Castle.

  • Condition Notes

This extremely rare volume is in fair condition. Whilst it still remains intact overall, the binding is loosening and there are some attempts to re-inforce it with tape.

The Blue cover boards are generally sound but have some staining and bruising as well as fraying edges and bumped corners. However the gilt titles and vignette remain bright.

There are some tears to title pages and front end paper(missing a strip - see image).

The Inside pages remain clean with age-tanning throughout.
