    The author's first book about lowland Scotland prior to the publication of "Let's See the Highlands". The author follows a route from Gretna along the Solway Firth coast and Irish Sea up to Kilmarnock and back to Dumfries and then following the Tweed Valley to the border town of Coldstream.

    A good clean copy, well bound and with good cover boards. The inside pages are bright and clean throughout with just some random spotting. There is a previous owner name in ink on the spare title page..
