Nicolas Sanson (1600 – 1667) was a French cartographer, deemd to be the creator of French geography.
The map itself seems in good condition with original folds apparent only.
The frame is probably in excess of 50 years old - 1970s. It is clean and in good condition. The mount has some fading and generally a remount would be recommended.
