A little known poet Agnes Dey was born in Aberdeen in 1861 and came to Edinburgh at an early age and there spent most of her life as a teacher. In 1894 she married Alexander Westwater, Minister of West Port Free Church in Hawick. She died at a very young age of 1896.
Her poems were published posthumously.
Condition Notes
A fine copy with good strong cover baords with bevelled edges and gilt titles. Inside the pages are bright and clean throughout in a strong binding.
