Condition Notes
This is a fabulous late Victorian edition with the finest of cover designs.
It has suffered some wear and tear - the cover boards are generally clean with just fraying edges and bumped corners. The fine overall design is still very clear and bright(see image).
On the front end paper there is a prize bookplate from Leith School board dated 1903. There is also some tape reinforcement to strengthen the book binding.
There is age-tanning throughout the inside pages however the text remains bright and clear.
