The Adventive Flora of Tweedside

The River Tweed rises at the same point as the Clyde in the Lowther Hills but instead of North it heads south east over 97 miles of Scotland and England to the North Sea. It is associated with Tweed Cloth and also with Fly fishing supposedly offering one of the great angling experiences.

This book is a complete record of the flora along its 97 miles at the turn of the century.

A fine copy with good strong cover boards in excellent condition. There is a previous owner name, address and date Dec 29th 1919 elegantly written in ink on the inside spare title page.
