    Manuscript 104 was written by an unknown author in the years directly following the end of the the "45" uprising and at a time when the Highlands were being cleansed of all Jacobite sympathisers. There was conjencture that the author was a Mr Bruce and may well have been follow-ng the government spies and their actions at the time.

    This is a rare volume in print.

  • Condition Notes

    This book is in very good condition overall for its age. It remains well bound with the attractively designed cover boards with celtic motifs very clean with just some fraying along the top and bottom of the spine.

    The inside pages are clean and bright throughout. There is an original owner name in ink and date 1899 on the front inside page.
